one of the most jumpin spots on saturdays is THE PALACE ON PLUME in downtown norfolk. 2 floors, hosted by 103 JAMZ WITH DOMONIQUE DA DIVA, they always are having drink specials, huge upstairs dance floor, plus more!!! absolutely the place to be if there aren't any shows or celebs in town that weekend. Its a predominantly black crowd in the age range of 21-30 and plenty of ladies in packs. Nice atmosphere and set up with bars on both floors so if you looking for somewhere to go on a saturday night don't short yourself and waste time driving and asking hit up THE PALACE!!
